Senior Product Owner | Regulated Digital Transformation | Data & AI-enabled Products
13+ years shipping products end-to-end, with delivery reach into 20+ markets. Based in South Korea, open to relocating.
I turn policy-heavy, regulated operations into shipped digital products — production systems that operate at market scale. Roughly 80% of them were greenfield (no predecessor architecture, no reference implementation to copy from), and I owned each one end-to-end: problem framing, discovery, functional specification, system design, delivery, UAT, launch, and hand-over to operations.
Product Owner — owns the product end to end across its full lifecycle: discovery, system design, delivery, launch, and hand-over to operations with runbooks and telemetry in place. Delivery project managers were staffed alongside for schedule and vendor management. Titled Planning Owner in Korea — the same lifecycle ownership, local title.
3 Hyundai national sales companies, one plan: build once, configure per country. It did not survive contact with local law. Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines — 18 months, 3 tracks, integrated with the enterprise systems of record (ERP, CRM, finance and third-party loan linkage, etc). Singapore Hyundai registrations 333 → 941 units H1 2023 → H1 2024 over the period this system was live.

6,835 riders, zero safety incidents, 65.9% would ride again — a paid 4-vehicle autonomous shuttle service composed of 2 products (a rider-facing app and a fleet operations console), on a KRW 9.4 billion programme. The interesting spec work was not on the screens.
